Heidelberg Bread is looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper for their Corporate Office *Job description* Heidelberg Bread a family owned business is looking for a part-time bookkeeper with strong general ledger knowledge in double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation to work in our Corporate Office.
The ideal candidate will be a new team member on our accounting staff to help our business continue to grow with the result of hard work and the drive to get the job done.
*Qualifications* We require that the candidate possess at least 3 years of hands on experience with double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation.
We also require experience with accounts payable, purchasing, receiving, inventory and accounts receivable which you will be required to cross train to assist office staff when needed.
Strong communication skills with vendors and customers will also be required at times Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Detailed-oriented with strong analytical skills for account analysis Proficient in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks & NetSuite Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Work, Excel as well as Gmail and Google Sheets/Docs Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Required to work at least 4-5 weekdays during operating hours Required to communicate in a professional matter with other office employees Must have good organizational skills, time management skills and the ability to work independently Employer confidentiality *Responsibilities* Work closely under the direction of the Office Manager/Controller to perform general booking duties including: maintain accurate financial records and preparing various financial reports using QuickBooks and NetSuite Under the direction of the Office Manager/Controller to perform accounts payable, purchasing, inventory, receiving and accounts receivable responsibilities Office Duties including but not limited to filing, answering phones, email and assisting with projects that may come up every now and then as well as maintaining a clean and positive work environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.
